Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) On Cerebral Artery Stent Effect After Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe the qingrejiedu, yiqi huoxue method after intervention extracranial carotid artery stent in patients with clinical efficacy, to explore the method of the mechanism of action of carotid artery after carotid stenting.Selection methods:Selection in May 2014-2014 between October into standard of 50 cases of successful line of extracranial carotid artery stent angioplasty patients after 1 month, aged 40 to 80 years old. On the premise of the same period in a random control experiment method, the patients can be divided into the treatment group and control group. Including 20 cases in treatment group and control group 30 cases. The control group given aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride(100 mg) every time hydrochloride clopidogrel(75 mg) and other for basic diseases to give the comprehensive treatment of drug use. Treatment group in the control group based on the discontinuation of clopidogrel hydrochloride, and treated with jiedu huoxue fang, take eight weeks as a course of treatment. After the treatment, to observe the curative effect of two groups before and after treatment(including the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the situation, deficiency of neural function recovery, LDL- C, triglycerides, PT- SEC, INR, D- Di, blood homocysteine and other indicators), and extracranial carotid artery stent responsibility after vascular restenosis rate, incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular events again.Results:Treatment group in improving clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, regulate LDL- C, triglycerides, blood homocysteine is better than that in control group, there were significant differences(P < 0.05); Both groups can improve the PT-SEC, INR, D- Di, but in the improvement of PT- SEC and INR significant differences(P < 0.05), in the aspect of improving D- Di there was no significant difference(P > 0.05); In the two groups in improve nerve function defect recovery had no significant difference(P > 0.05); Incidence of vascular restenosis, there was no difference in the incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular events and aspects(X2 = 50.000 a); During the treatment, two groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Jiedu huoxue fang can reduce patients’ TCM syndrome integral, improve the patient’s clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine; Can lower LDL- C, triglyceride levels, antioxidant, lower homocysteine levels, the role of the resistance to hardening of the arteries; Jiedu huoxue can used for prevention and treatment of extracranial carotid artery restenosis after stent angioplasty and preventing ischemic cerebrovascular events happen again.
