A Researeh On The Relationship Between The Constitution Type In TCM And The Level Of Hcy In Serum Of The Breast Tumor

Objective:This study investigates the type of traditional Chinese medicine constitution and the level of Hcy and discusses their correlation, to provide distinguished basis for benign and malignant breast tumors.Method:Survey crowd:All of the patients are from breast surgery in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University.Investigation content:《Questionnaire of TCM Constitution 》is made according to Professor WangQi’s the TCM constitution.It includeds Peace constitution、Qi-deficiency constitution 、 Yang-deficiency constitution 、 Yin-deficiency constitution 、 Blood stasis constitution 、 Phlegm-dampness constitution 、 Damp-heat constitution 、 Qi-depression constitution、Special endowment constitution.Implementation method : After accomplished by patients, the questionairs are analyzed generally with other basis informations..According to spss 17.0,the figures of the relative study are effective when P<0.05.ResuIt:1.Ages of patients in malignant group are higher than those in benign group.2.Most TCM constitution types in benign group are Qi-deficiency constitution(21%),then Yang-deficiency constitution(19%),while those in malignant group are Qi-depression constitution(33%),then Yang-deficiency constitution(22%).3.Most patients which are Yang-deficiency constitution and Qi-deficiency constitution in benign group are 30-65 year old,while most patients which are Qi-depression constitution in malignant group are 40-60 year old.4.The average level of Hcy in malignant group is higher than than that in benign group.5.The average level of Hcy in serum has no linear correlation with TCM constitution types6.When TCM constitution type in malignant group is Qi-depression constitution and Yang- deficiency constitution,The level of Hcy in serum is higher.Conclusion:1. Ages of patients in malignant group are higher than those in benign group.2. Most TCM constitution types in benign group are Qi-deficiency constitution and Yang-deficiency constitution,while those in malignant group are Qi-depression constitution and Yang- deficiency constitution.3. The average level of Hcy in benign group is higher than that in malignant group.4. The TCM constitution types are correlative.
