Objective:Observation curative effection of warming the kidney and invigorating the circulation of blood in the treatment of type diabetes osteoporosis,discussingthe the mechanism of the kidneyand invigorating the circulation of blood. Assessmenting the safety and availability.Methods:Researching 60 patints choose from ShanDong Trad-itional Medicine Hospital endocrine department in October 2012 to October 2014. We put them into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, by random number table method. On the premise of Diabetes foundation treatmentwhile the controlgroup wasgiven Caltrate Dtreatment, treatment group was given Caltrate D and Chinese medicine. 3 months for a course of treatment, the treatment is 2 courses in total,after we carrying on the efficacy evaluation.Then observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, fasting bloodglu cose(FBG), 2hpostprandial plasma glucose(P2hBG), Glycosy lated hemoglobin(HbA1c), calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P), alkaline phospha-tase(ALP) estradiol, testosterone, serumosteocalcin, bonemineral density,and starting statistics analysis.Results:From clinicalsymptoms both treatmentgroup and control group could improve but the treatment group is better than the control group.Both treatmentgroup and control group couldim prove aftertreating in fasting bloodglucose(FBG),2hpostprandial pla smaglucose(P2hBG),Glycosylatedhemoglobin(HbA1c),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),alkalin ephosphatase(ALP),estradiol,testosterone,serumosteocalcin,bonemineraldensity(P<0.05).T hetreat ment group is better than the control grop by calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),Alkalineh osphatase(ALP),estradiol,testosterone,serumosteocalcin,bonemineral density,the two group had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of type diabetes 0steoporosis has signi-ficant effection by warmingthekidneyandinvigoratingthecirculationof blood.Improvingclinicalsymptoms,Rais Ingserum calcium,phosphorus,alkalinephos-phatase,estradiol,testosterone,serum osteocalc In and bone density.
