| Objective: through clinical research, observation of the kidney and activating blood phlegm dehumidification method combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of kidney empty phlegmy wet polycystic ovary syndrome high hormone levels, clinical curative effect, provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment and treatment methods.Methods: clinical research: select into standard of 63 cases of patients, randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion) 33 cases, 30 cases of control group(acupuncture and moxibustion) in the two groups are a course of treatment(three menstrual cycles), respectively in patients before and after treatment to determine serum levels of T, LH, LH/FSH, E2 values, at the same time, record before and after treatment in patients with menstrual conditions, TCM symptoms, obesity, hairy, dash sores and other changes.Results: the total effective rate was 87.88% in treatment group, control group total effective rate was 80%, the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05). The two groups were significantly effect on lowering androgen treatment(P < 0.01), the treatment group reduced androgen effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.05); In two groups of treatment to adjust the menstrual cycle, improve the symptoms of TCM, hairy, obesity, dash sores, LH, LH/FSH, ovarian volume reduction all have remarkable curative effect, statistical control(itself) before and after the treatment in the group differences were significant(P < 0.05); Treatment group and control group after treatment BBT double at 36.67% and 10.00%, respectively, the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the kidney and activating blood phlegm dehumidification method combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of kidney empty phlegmy wet PCOS patients with high androgen hematic disease, by adjusting the function of the hypothalamus- pituitary- ovarian axis, can effectively improve the patient’s level of endocrine hormone, reducing T, LH, LH/FSH, adjust the menstrual cycle, improve TCM symptoms, such as obesity, dash boils, hairy. Overall efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of control group, the kidney and activating blood phlegm dehumidification method combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of PCOS high androgen hematic disease clinical curative effect. |
