Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm-dampness By Combining Moxibustion And Medicin

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with bushen Huatan Recipe and desluoyinestradiol tablet in treating the syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to kidney deficiency,and to explore the mechanism of the scheme,so as to provide theoretical support and scientific basis for further clinical application.Material and method: In this study,64 cases of kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness Syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bushen Huatan Recipe and desuresylestradiol tablets,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion and desuresen Huatan Recipe and desuestrol tablets for 3 menstrual cycles.The changes of TCM Syndrome score,body mass index(BMI),waist waist to hip ratio(WHR),Follitropin Beta,Lutropin Alfa,Lutropin Alfa Follitropin Beta(lh/fsh),testosterone(t),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride,high-density Lipoprotein(HDL-C),high-density Lipoprotein(LDL-C)and so on were analyzed.Two cases were dropped due to personal and professional reasons.Clinical observation was completed in 62 cases,31 cases in observation group and 31 cases in control group.Results:1.After treatment,the recovery rate,apparent efficiency and effective rate of the control group were 3.23%,32.26% and 38.71%,respectively.The recovery rate,apparent efficiency and effective rate of the observation group were 22.58%,41.94% and 19.35%respectively.The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.87%,higher than that of the control group(74.19%).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the control group and the observation group decreased(P < 0.05),and the effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.001).3.Comparison of BMI and WHR: After treatment,Body Mass Index(BMI)and WHR were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment than before Treatment(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the Observation Group and the Control Group after Treatment(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the Observation Group and the Control Group(P < 0.05),the Observation Group was superior to the control group.4.The results of serum hormone determination: LH,FSH,LH/FSH and T in the two groups after treatment were significantly different(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in LH,LH/FSH and T between the two groups after Treatment(P < 0.05),There was no significant difference in FSH(P =0.441 > 0.05),the observation group was better than the control group in promoting LH,LH/FSH and T.5.Serum biochemical test results: There were statistically significant differences in HDL-C,LDL-C,TC and TG between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).There was statistically significant difference between LDL-C and TC groups(P < 0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between HDL-C and TG groups(P > 0.05).The observation group was significantly better than the control group in reducing LDL-C and TC,and the two groups had similar efficacy in improving HDL-C and TG.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of moxibustion combined with medicine on PCOS syndrome of kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness is better than that of self-made decoction of tonifying kidney and huatan combined with spirone acetylestradiol tablet.The clinical symptoms were significantly improved,and the hormone and lipid metabolism levels were more effectively regulated.Few adverse reactions,high safety,broad clinical application prospects.
