Clinical Observation On Reinforcing Spleen-eliminating Phlegm-activating Blood Drug And LE+HCG In Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility

ObjectiveTo research the curative effect of the integrated Chinese and Westernmedicine reinforcing spleen-eliminating phlegm-activating blood drug andLE/HCG in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility due to combinedphlegm and blood stasis.Methods54 phlegm-blood stasis syndrome type of ovary syndrome infertility patients randomly divided into treatment group (reinforcing spleen-eliminating phlegm-activating blood drug and LE/HCG group,27 patients,78 cycles) and control group(LE/HCG group,27 patients,79 cycles),the clinical effects in the two groups were observed.Results1.The total efficiency rates in the treatment group and the control group were 92.5% and 59.2%, respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).2. As for the improvement of general symptoms, including menstruation and accompanying symptoms, the treatment group was superior to the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups (P>0.05).3. The ovulation rates in treatment group and control group were 61.5% and 58.2%, respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).4. There was no significant difference in average diameter of follicles between the two groups (P>0.05);The depth of endometrium in treatment group and control group were 8.39± 1.46mm and 7.77 +1.13mm, respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).5. The levels of estradiol(E2) and iuteinizing hormone(LH) in no dominance follicle cycles were significantly lower than those in dominant follicle cycles(P＜0.05); the levels of estradiol (E2) in multiple follicular development cycles were significantly higher than those of dominant follicle cycles (P＜0.05), the levels of iuteinizing hormone (LH) in multiple follicular development cycles were higher than those of dominant follicle cycles (P> 0.05);the levels of estradiol(E2) in LUFS cycles were higher than those in dominant follicle cycles(P>0.05), but the levels of iuteinizing hormone(LH) in LUFS cycles were lower than those in dominant follicle cycles(P<0.05).6. The clinical pregnancy rates in the treatment group and the control group were 29.6% and 7.7%, respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05);the spontaneous abortion rates in the treatment group and the control group were 7.4% and 3.7%, respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionThe reinforcing spleen-eliminating phlegm-activating blood drug and LE/HCG can increase clinical pregnancy rate、 the depth of endometrium and improve systematic symptoms. The method had good clinical effect in the treatment of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome type of ovary syndrome infertility patients.
