Objective: To observe the curative effect, symptom integral and variation of bile reflux under endoscope of Heweiqingdan Decoction on bile regurgitation gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine and evaluate objectively and scientifically the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Heweiqingdan Decoction on damp-heat syndrome to provide the basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment on bile regurgitation gastritis. Methords:60 cases of the patients with bile regurgitation gastritis in digestive internal medicine department of Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each: the treatment group which were treated with Chinese medicine and the control group which were treated with Chinese patent medicine. There was no significant difference(P>0.05) in comparison of gender, age, course of the disease, main symptoms, various symptom integrals and gastroscopy in the two groups before treatment, which indicated that it was comparable. The control group were treated with San jiu wei tai Capsules(Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, Approval Number: Z44020704 approved by the state. The drug is 0.5g per granule and was taken orally with 1.5g each time, three times a day.) The treatment group were treated with Heweiqingdan Decoction( It is pharmaceutical preparation of Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese with 250 ml per bottle and was taken orally with 125 ml each time, twice a day. The decoction is consisted of rhizoma coptidis, evodia rutaecarpa, xuanfuhua, radix paeoniae alba, rhizoma anemarrhenae, forsythia, forging walengzi, spin after flower, red ochre, Jiang Zhuru, dried tangerine or orange peel, chuanpo, zhishi, cooked rhubarb). The two groups were both treated for 8 weeks and the efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results:(1) basic data comparison: There was no significant difference(P>0.05) in comparison of gender, age, course of the disease and classification of bile reflux in the two group, which indicated that it was comparable.(2) In the aspect of clinical total curative effect, the total effective rate was 96.66% in the treatment group and 86.67% in the control group.(3) Comparison of symptom integral: The comparison of symptom integral of reduced appetite and indigestion, heavy body and sleepy, nausea and vomiting, frequent yellow urine and loose stool in the two groups was significant(P<0.05). While the comparison of symptom integral of stuffy feeling in abdomen and stomach, dry mouth with bitter taste, sour regurgitation with heartburn in the two groups was not significant(P>0.05), which indicated that the curative effect in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group in the aspect of releasing symptoms of dampness and heat.(4) Comparison of classification of bile reflux under endoscopy: The manifestation of the treatment group under endoscopy was obviously superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05), which indicated that significant difference. Conclusion: Treatment with Heweiqingdan Decoction on damp-heat syndrome of bile regurgitation gastritis can obviously release clinical symptoms of reduced appetite and indigestion, heavy body and sleepy, nausea and vomiting, frequent yellow urine and loose stool. The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group, which indicated that it was feasibility. It is proven that Heweiqingdan Decoction can release clinical symptoms of bile regurgitation gastritis and enhance the curative effect through the function of anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory, promotion of gastrointestinal peristalsis, protection of gastric mucosa and regulation of gastrointestinal hormone.
