Clnical Analysis Of Qingdan Huwei Decoction In Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Gallbladder Heat Syndrome

ObjectiveQingdan Huwei Decoction was used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease with gallbladder heat syndrome,and the clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and safety of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets were compared before and after treatment,so as to confirm the efficacy of traditional Chinese medi-cine in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and highlight its advantages,so as to provide more clinical programs to better meet the health needs of patients.MethodsA total of 84 patients with gallbladder heat syndrome of gastroesop-hageal reflux were included in the experiment.According to the treatment methods selected by the patients,they were divided into two group include experimental group and control group,each group have 42 patients.These patients of experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine Qingdan and huwei Decoction twice in the morning and evening,while the control group was given western medicine omeprazole enteric-coated tablets.Patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Various data of patients before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks were recorded respectively,including TCM principal syndrome score,secondary syndrome score,GERDQ scale,recurrence rate,comprehensive efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.The obtained data were statistically analyzed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results1.Comparison of general data:Before treatment,gender,age,average course of disease,TCM symptom score(major symptom score+minor symptom score)and GERDQ scale score of experimental group and control group were not statistically significant(p>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores(main syndrome+secondary syndrome):TCM symptom scores of 2 groups after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment were decreased compared with before treatment(p<0.05),and the change degree of test group score was better than that of control group(p<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy:the total effective response rate of the trial group was 92.5%and the control group effective response rate was 80.0%after treatment,which was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(p<0.05).4.Comparison of GERDQ scale scores:After 8 weeks,GERDQ scale scores of both groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,and after 4 weeks,they were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(p<0.05),and the reduction of test group scores was greater than that of control group(p<0.05).5.Comparison of efficacy of GERDQ scale:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was 85.0%,and that of control group was 72.0%,which was higher in experimental group than in control group(p<0.05).6.Recurrence rate:After the 8-week course of treatment,the recurrence rate was 7.5%in the treatment group and 22.5%in the control group.7.Safety indicators:No abnormal and wrong changes were observed in all indicators in the this groups before and after treatment,indicating good safety.Conclusion1.Clearingdan and Huwei Decoction can obviously make the terrible TCM clinical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease with bile heat causing stomach syndrome better.2.Qingdan and huwei decoction can significantly reduce the recurrence rate after treatment.3.Qingdan and huwei Decoction can effectively turn the discomfort symptoms better and improve the quality of life of patients with gastroesop-hageal reflux syndrome of gallbladder heat.
