Study Of Different Methods For Multiple Ribs Fracture Treating

Objective:To Investigate the contrast study of different methods for multiple ribs fracture treating,which includ conservative treatment,pure titanium metal ribs embracing fixator fixation and PLLA absorbable fixation system Internal fixation.Method:Take in about 83 cases of multiple fractured ribs hospitalized in Cardiothoracic surgery department of Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University fracture patients as the research object, divided into the conservative treatment group and operationtreating group, the operationtreating group was divided into pure titanium metal ribs embracing fixator fixation group and PLLA absorbable fixation system Internal fixation group. Comparison of each group were corresponding method for the blood gas analysis of 72 hours after treatment during the period of hospitalization,complications, analgesic drug use time, hospitalization time and costs, operationtime and bleeding volume in operation situation. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0 software.Result: The blood gas analysis of 72 hours after treatment in operation of trea tment group is better than the conservative treatment group, and the analgesic d rug use time is shorter than the conservative treatment group.But, the hospital c osts more than the conservative treatment group. There were statistical differenc es between the two groups of three(P<0.05). The two groups were not statisti cal differences in Complications during hospitalization and hospitalization time(P>0.05). Comparison of two different operation methods, pure titanium metal rib s embracing fixator fixation treatment group bleeding volume less than PLLA abs orbable fixation system Internal fixation treatment group.There were statistical d ifferences between the two groups(P<0.05). The operation time, blood gas anal ysis of 72 hours after hospitalization complications, analgesic drug use time, hosp italization time and cost were no statistic difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Operation treatment of multiple rib fractures in patients with rapid recovery,prognosis is good, but the expense in hospital is more obvious than the conservative treatment. Pure titanium metal ribs embracing fixator fixation t reatment compared to PLLA absorbable fixation system Internal fixation there are less bleeding during operation in treating theadvantage.
