Effects Of The Different Combination Of Compound Lizards Powder On P65/P50/IKBa Of NF-kB Pathway In Rats With Precancerous Lesions Of Gastric Cancer

Objective Research different complex lizards powder particle combination agent NFk B of pathological changes before gastric carcinoma model rats p65,p50 and its related factors in signaling pathways Ik B-a protein expression and the effect of the molecular biology to explore different particle combination agent complex lizards powder block and reverse the development of PLGC mechanism.Methods 120 SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, complex lizards powder of 80 mesh,100 mesh,80+100 mesh amount of mixed groups and vatacoenayme treatment group, in addition to the blank control group, yu group take MNNG cooperate hunger disorders and emotional stimuli 8 weeks of factors such as the preparation of PLGC model. Pathological detection made after the success of the film, model control group given normal saline lavage, the treatment group were given complex lizards powder 80 mesh,100 mesh,100+80 mesh amount of mixed suspension liquid and vatacoenayme suspension liquid lavage,for treatment of 12 weeks,executed after gastric mucosa tissue,using immunohistochemical method to detect the NF-k B p65 in signaling pathways,p50,Ik B-a protein expression,then observe the gastric mucosa pathological histology changes.Results Of immunohistochemical image through image analysis system of optical den-sity calculation, model control group p65,p50,Ik B-a positive expression is significantly higher than normal control group(P < 0.01), complex lizards powder of 80 mesh,100 mesh,80+100 mesh and the toxin group p65,p50,Ik B-a positive expression was significantly lower than model group(P < 0.05),80+100 mesh complex lizards powder amount of mixed group of p65, p50,Ik B-a positive expression was significantly lower than complex lizards powder 80 mesh and 100 mesh group(P < 0.05).Conclusions ① different complex lizards powder particle combination agent group(80 + 100 mesh) to protect and repair effects of gastric mucosa injury, can block or reverse the pathological changes of gastric mucosa tissue morphology. ②different complex lizards pow-der particle combination agent can promote gastric cancer cell apoptosis in the diseased tis-sue before relevant p65, p50, Ik B-a protein expression. ③different complex lizards powder particle combination agent on gastric mucosa damage repair curative effect is better than that of compound lizards powder 80 mesh and 100 mesh by the compound lizards, that traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation can be combined by different particles to improve its curative effect.
