Malignant tumor has become the major disease threatening people’s lives and health. Traditional therapeutic method has many limitations and a poor performance. Pulsed magnet field has many advantages of non-contact and non-trauma in cancer treatment. At the moment, the mechanisms most generally accepted by scholars are induced electric field and induced current. But no scholar has systematically tested or theoretically analyzed the mechanism. Induced electric field and induced current are directly determined by the change rate of magnet field. Therefor, this paper developed a set of pulsed magnetic generator with high change rate using Archimedes spiral coil. This article applied the generator to the cell experiment, studying the impact of pulsed magnet field on cancer cell. Meanwhile, with performance parameters of this generator, this paper simulated the forced motion process of charged particle in cells under the influence of pulsed magnet field.First of all, in consideration of the coverage of electromagnetic field, Archimedes spiral coil had been chosen as field coil. Calculation formulas of magnetic field and induced electric field in Archimedes spiral coil was deduced. The magnetic field distribution character of the coil was computationally analyzed as well. As a result, the pulsed magnet field with rapidly changing and the high-intensity induced electric field had been obtained. For purpose of getting the highest-intensity induced electric field, the Archimedes coil was optimized. It can be used for cell experimentsSecond, some groups of pulsed magnet fields with the different change rate had been used to dispose MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell line(the processing time for each group is 30 min, and 3600 pulses in total). Then test the pulsed magnet field’s impact on cell survival rate and ion channel current. The experimental result shows that it’s inapparent between two cell survival rates of the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05). It’s also observed that pulsed magnet field with high change rate can obviously increase the cytomembrane ion channel current(P<0.05).Lastly, with the charged particle tracing module in Comsol Multiphysics, a mechanical model of the charged particle in cells had been built. The electromagnetic field had been set with actual parameters of pulsed magnetic generator to study the forced motion process of the charged particle in cells under pulsed magnet field. In various force factors, induction electric field force is the main acting force in particle motion process. It directly determine the motor direction of the charged particle and forces the particle in reciprocating motion.
