| Biological magnetic therapy technology has the characteristics of painless.It has been widely used in mental diseases,inflammation remission and tissue repair.It is significant for the study of life science and diseases of prevention.In order to promote the further development of biological magnetic therapy,an improved energy saving biological magnetic field generation system is proposed.Firstly,the mechanism and recently application of biological magnetic therapy technology have been studies.An improved system of energy-saving multifunctional magnetic field generator is proposed based on the advantage and problem existing in the present work.The existing problem is the low energy utilization and power output.The application of the magnetic filed is expanded.And the amplitude and pulse width of the magnetic fields are adjustable flexibly.Then,the principle of energy-saving multifunctional magnetic field generating system is analyzed.The relative parameters of the circuit in the system are designed based on the parameters of biological magnetic therapy systems.The theoretical calculation and simulation are made by the software of MATLAB.Eventually,the parameters of device in the circuit are designed.Finally,the single channel magnetic field generator circuit and multi-channel parallel circuit are set up.The wiring arrangement of the switch in the main circuit is optimized.According to the working mode of magnetic field generating system,different switches timings are designed.The peak pulse current in the coil is 132.2A.The theoretical calculation of it is 136.5A.The alternating current measurement value is 20A.The theoretical value of it is 20A.It shows the identical between the theoretical and experimental measurement.In the single channel and alternating magnetic field system,the rate of energy saving and energy utilization rate are 61.3%and 63.5%.In the single channel and pulse magnetic field system,energy-saving rate is 33.6%.The peak currents of unipolar pulse and bipolar pulse in three channel parallel circuit system are 154A and 156A,respectively.And the energy saving rates of unipolar pulsed magnetic field and bipolar pulsed magnetic field are 19.36%and 21.16%,respectively.The magnetic field generation system can generate alternating magnetic field and bipolar pulsed magnetic field with adjustable parameters,and has energy-saving effect.Through the synergetic effect of the multi-module parallel circuit,the energy-saving unipolar pulsed magnetic field and the energy-saving bipolar pulsed magnetic field with adjustable parameters can be generated,which has great application value and practical significance. |
