Objective To compare the difference on the lead anti-leaking effection of protective lead rubber clothing with which the TPU nylon compound as revetment cloth selecting the heat bonding method opposed to the nylon revetment cloth selecting sutures way.Methods To process the protective lead rubber clothing with TPU nylon compound revetment cloth selecting the heat bonding method sets as a,and the nylon revetment cloth selecting sutures way sets as b.To choose the TPU nylon compound revetment cloth using on the sample a sets as a0 and the nylon revetment cloth using on the sample b sets as b0, as well as does the no Revetment material lead rubber using for sample a and b set as c. Selecting agar block with the area 3cm×5cm as the surveys carrier, the surface agar carrier lead content data of 7 samples with four time slots were measured five times, together with the blank Agar block D. Determines the lead content of 29 samples with the graphite oven atom absorption spectrographic methods. The same method altogether measures 5 times.After valid processing of data, the amount and ratio of lead leakage were calculated which measured from the surfaces and edges respectively of two kinds of radiation protection samples. Then carries on the data analysis using the SPSS 18.0 softwares, various samples mean value comparison uses the independent sample T-test.Two processing ways in 0.5h, 1h, 3h and the 5h sample lead seep out the ratio with the variance analysis.Results According to the experiment, lead content values and lead leaking ratios of the samples is calculated for five examination data analysis in the four time 0.5h, 1h, 3h and the 5h. Result demonstration: There is no statistical significance of each group’s lead content values measured from the surface and edge of two kinds of samples on half an hour, 1 hour, 3 hours and 5 hours(P>0.05). The calculated lead content values and lead leaking ratios of the protective lead rubber sample with double-decked seal the nylon TPU compound materials were lower than that of product with wraps nylon(P<0.01). The surface and edge lead leaking ratio magnitude of the protective lead rubber sample with double-decked seal the nylon TPU compound materials and heat bonding wraps was10-5,10-4respectively. The same ratio of the traditional one with wraps nylon is10-3,10-1(the value is about 10%)respectively.Conclusions The lead leaking of the protective lead rubber products with double-decked seal the nylon TPU compound materials is reduced greatlythan that of product with wraps nylon.
