The Clinical Curative Effect Analysis Between Locking Plate And Support Plate For The Treatment Of Complex Tibial Plateau Fractures

Objective:To compare the support plate and the locking plate curative effect for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods:There are 45 cases of patients with complex tibial plateau fractures in our hospital is choosed,time is in September 2011 to February 2014,25 of whom underwent bilateral approach locking plate treatment,as A group;Bilateral support plate fixation treatment of 20 cases of group B.Comparing the blood loss during operation 、the time of operation,with or without full weight-bearing time of the two groups, last follow-up application Rasmussen criteria to assess function of knee joint,and compare the good rate of the two groups of knee joint.Results:Follow-up visit patients with regularly after the operation,1 case could not be follow-uped,both groups of patients whose fracture healing is normal,there is no delayed fracture healing and not healing;A group of patients with operation time(138.8±2.9)min,intraoperative blood loss(313.9±3.9) for ml,B group of patients with operation time(136.7±3.3) min,intraoperative blood loss, ml(317.1±3.8)(P > 0.05);But A group of patients with full weight bearing time(3.8±0.2) months full weight-bearing timesignificantly shorter than group B(4.7±0.3) months,A group of knee joint function was88% higher than that of group B was 70%(P < 0.05).Conclusion:locking plate group conforms to biomechanical principle,full weight-bearing time obviously earlier than support steel group,Is conducive to early knee joint functional physical training,the knee joint was also higher than that of the support plate group.Comparing with the support plate,locking plate internal fixation treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures in early exercise on fields has obvious advantages,boost the function of the knee joint.
