| Objective:By examining the expression levels of patients with bronchial asthma in plasma interleukin(IL-33) and soluble suppression of tumorigenicity 2(s ST2) receptor,as well as the correlation between them with lung function. Discuss the role and clinical significance with plasma IL- 33 and s ST2 in patients with bronchial asthma.Method:1.To detect 60 cases of bronchial asthma patients with acute phase and 20 cases of healthy check-up IL-33 in the peripheral blood and plasma concentrations of s ST- 2 with ELISA method.2.Examine of lung function in patients with asthma(PTF). On the basis of the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1) breathing or peak expiratory flow(PEF) in patients with bronchial asthma can be divided into 3 groups: FEV1 ≥80% expected values or PEF≥80% individual best value is mild asthma group, the expected values FEV160%- 79% or individual best value PEF 60%-79% for moderate asthma group, the expected values FEV1 < 60% or individual best value PEF < 60% is severe asthma group.3.Using statistical software for data processing and analysis, and comparison of different severity in bronchial asthma patients plasma interleukin(IL- 33) and soluble suppression of tumorigenicity 2(s ST- 2) expression level, and the correlation with lung function, all of the statistical inspection are bilateral, with P < 0.05 for the difference is statistically significant.Result:1.Acute phase plasma IL- 33 patients with asthma levels higher than normal control group,(F=454.81,P=0.00),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Further multiple comparison founds: during the aggravation of IL- 33 levels showed a trend of increase, a group of patients with severe asthma have higher levels of IL-33 moderate asthma group(P = 0.00) and mild asthma group(P = 0.00) levels are increased, and moderate asthma is also higher than that of mild asthma group(P= 0.00), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The s ST levels in plasma in patients with acute episode of asthma plasma are higher than normal control group,(F =96.71, P =0.00), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Further multiple comparison found that patients with severe asthma s ST- 2 levels in plasma is relatively moderate asthma group(P=0.00) and mild asthma group(P=0.00), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Although ST- 2 levels in patients with moderate asthma plasma slightly higher in the mild asthma group(P =0.248), but there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).3.Asthma in patients with acute phase plasma levels of IL- 33 and FEV1 % expected and PEF individual best value were significant negative correlation.(P < 0.05).4.s ST in asthma patients with acute phase plasma-2 levels and FEV1 % predicted value and PEF individual best value no significant correlation.(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.IL-33 and s ST2 are involved in the airways of the asthma airway inflammation and remodeling process, especially the changes in plasma level of IL-33 can be used as a serological indicator of condition monitoring.2.IL-33 can become a monitoring indicator as severely damaged of pulmonary function.asthma. |
