Objective:1.To detect the expression of IL-17,CD4 and Foxp3 proteins in groups of patients with CRSw NP and normal mucosa to research the expression and number of Th17 cells and Treg cells.2.To observe the imbalance of Th17/Treg cells expression(Th17 cells increased while Treg cells decreased) in patients with CRSw NP how to adjust the inflammatory response and to analyze the relationship between the pathogenesis of CRSw NP and imbalance of Th17/Treg cells expression from the molecular level and protein level,providing theoretical basis for further explain of the pathogenesis of CRSw NP.Methods:1.According to the diagnostic standard for chronic rhinosinustitis with nasal polyposis from the Chinese medical association in Nanchang in 2008,we choose nasal polyp tissues in 30 patients with CRSw NP during endoscopic sinus surgery as experimental group, while 28 cases in control group taken from the normal middle turbinate mucosatissue from patients for implementation of the nasal septum deviation at the same period.2.Immunohistochemical one-step polymer test system method is applied to detect the impression of IL-17,CD4 and Foxp3 between nasal polyps groups from 30 patients with CRSw NP and 28 cases of normal middle turbinate mucosa tissues and analyze the imbalance of Th17/Treg cells how to have a role in the development of CRSw NP.Results:1.Through the observation of immunohistochemical method,we found that t he expression of IL-17,CD4 and FOxp3 both exist in the control group and ex perimental group.the positive staining of IL-17 protein located in the nucleus a nd(or) cytoplasm.The positive staining of CD4 protein located in cell membran e;The positive staining of Foxp3 protein located in the nucleus,which were sho wn as tan or brown granules.Then found that the expression of IL-17 and the CD4 in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control grou p,while for the expression of Foxp3,control group were significantly higher tha n that of the experimental group.The expression rate of IL-17,CD4 and Foxp3 inpatients with CRSw NP were 93.33%,90.00%,33.33%,respectively,the normal gr oup was 42.85%, 40.00%,92.80%,and these difference were statistically signific ant(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.The expression of IL-17,CD4 and FOxp3 all exist in the experimental group,revealing which all participate in the development process of CRSw NP.2.IL-17,CD4 expressed in CRSw NP rise significantly, while Foxp3 fell, this imbalance provides a new theoretical basis for further CRSw NP mechanism.
