Objective:1.Used immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of AhR and IL- 17 in nasal polyp tissues and normal nasal mucosa of patients,analyzed and discussed the expression of AhR and IL- 17 in NP tissue.2.Observe the AhR and IL- 17 effects on inflammation of nasal polyps, explore its role in nasal polyps, and analyze the correlation of the two.Methods:1.According to the European sinusitis and nasal polyps medical opinion 2012 edition:update of diagnosis and treatment of sinusitis and essence,we choose nasal polyp tissues in 40 patients with CRSwNP during endoscopic sinus surgery as experimental group, while 20 cases in control group taken from the normal middle turbinate mucosatissue from patients for implementation of the nasal septum deviation at the same period.2.Immunohistochemical one-step polymer test system method is applied to detect the impression of AHR and IL-17 between nasal polyps groups from 40 patients with CRSwNP and 20 cases of normal middle turbinate mucosa tissues,and analyze Analysis the function and significance in nasal polyp tissues in the NP.Results:Immunohistochemical method(IHC- P) detection,we found the expression of AhR and IL-17 both in the experimental group and the control group, the positive staining of IL-17 and AhR protein located in the nucleus and(or) the and cytoplasm. Under a microscope to observe : The characteristics of IL-17 is yellow, tan, or brown, the particle morphology,and The characteristics of AhR is yellow or tan.Then monitoring found that the expression of IL-17(experimental group) is significantly higher than normal group(control group), nasal mucosa for AhR monitoring found that amount of expression in the control group was higher than that of the experimental group.In NP tissue,the expression rate of IL- 17, AhR was94.41%, 13.43% respectively, in the normal group was 36.75%, 32.40%, the difference had statistical significance(p < 0.05).Conclusions:1.The expression of Il-17 in NP tissue was significantly increased, which suggested that the expression of TH17 cells increased, indicating that TH17 cells may play a key role in the pathogenesis of NP disease.2.NP organizations in AHR protein expression decreased significantly, suggesting that the AhR in NP function might be impaired. CD4+TH17--AhR cell axis may exist certain correlation and interaction between the regulatory role of. This is probably caused by NP disease occurred in the key link.3.The expression of IL-17 and AhR was determined by immunohistochemistry in NP tissue, and the correlation analysis showed that IL-17 was negatively correlated with AHR.
