Group B EST+LC surgical treatment.Results:1.No significant differences between the two groups of patients at baseline(P > 0.05)2.Two groups of patients with postoperative fever, antibiotic use time, anal exhaust time had no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.Two groups of patients with surgical success rate and rate of transfer laparotomy is no statistical difference(p > 0.05)4.In group A complication rate was significantly lower than that in group B was significantly(P <0.05).5.A group of patients with surgery on average is below B group difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), two groups of average operation time and hospitalization time difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusions:LC + LCBDE treatment of gallbladder and common bile duct stones compared with EST+ LC has the advantage of low complication rates, low operation cost, is worth promoting in clinic.
