| Background:In the past two decades,the morbidity of patients with deep venous thrombosis have been increasing gradually. There are about three millions patients in our country. If we treat the disease in time, some patients should be avoided taking place lung embolism, which is led by deep venous thrombosis. It is reported that one millions patients should die of lung embolism.Even though some patients survived, they receive long-term complaints ,for example, chronic venous insufficiency, relapse etc so that they could not have normal life and working.Thereby, it is important for us to diagnosis and treat deep venous thrombosis earlier period.Object: To evaluate the statues of P-selectin and chang of D- dimer in vivo in acute patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT) and observe how to vary under interneving of medicines.Methods: P-selectin and D- dimer of fourty patients and twenty normal subjects were fluo-rescencelabled with its corresponding monoclonal antibodies by flow cytometry(FCM) and immune method respectively. To observe the statues of P-selectin and chang of D- dimer in vivo in acute patients with deep venous thrombosis in different time under interneving of medicines.Result:In earlier P-selectin and D- dimer of patients with DVT is higher than that in normal subjects, and they significantly decreased in different time after patients were cured .It is significantly different that P-selectin was compared with patients who were used sodium ozagrel and no- sodium ozagrel (P <0.05), but D- dimer was similar(P>0.05)after fourteen days. One month later, P-selectin and D- dimer of DVT patients were lower than before. However, the positive rate of P-selectin of DVT was still higher than normal subjects.Conclusion: The platelet has been actived in vivo in patients with DVT ,so do fibrinolysis. Sodium ozagrel can decrease action of platelet. P-selectin and D- dimmer may be used diagnostic. Post-discharge patients are still high-risk group and must be regular follow-up. |
