Objective:1.To investigate expression and its correlation of clinical pathological features relationship of CCND1 in the cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma and normal bladder tissues.2.To explore the diagnosis and treatment of clinical significance of CCND1 in the tissues of bladder urothelial carcinoma.Methods:1. By using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of CCND1 in 52 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma(male 38 cases, 14 cases in females) and 30 cases of normal bladder tissues(male 20 cases, 10 cases in females), and analyzed the relationship between the expression and clinical pathological parameters of bladder urothelial carcinoma.2.Collected 30 cases of surgically resected fresh Uroepithelium cell carcinoma of bladder tissuses and 15 cases of normal tissues, after the extraction of protein, detected the levels of CCND1 expression by Western Blot.Results:1.In Uroepithelium cell carcinoma of bladder, the positive rate of CCND1 was(28/52)53.8%,and in Normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma, the positive rate of CCND1 was(7/30)23.3%, statistically between groups with Chi-square test had significant(P<0.05).Analyed the 52 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma in patients with sex, age group, tumor stage, and pathological grade group, found its positive rate of expression was no significant difference between sex and age(P>0.05),and closely related with the patient’s tumor TNM stage, and pathological grade(P<0.05).2. Detected the protein expression of Uroepithelium cell carcinoma of bladder tissuesand normal bladder tissues with Western blot, results found that the expression quantity in Uroepithelium cell carcinoma(0.4261±0.0417),were strongly higher then in normal bladder tissues(0.3442±0.0977), the relative expression quantity of bladder urothelia carcinoma were higher then normal bladder tissues, the differences were significant statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of CCND1 protein in Uroepithelium cell carcinoma of bladder tissues were much higher than in normal bladder tissues, associated with the patient’s pathological grade, and tumor TNM stage(P < 0.05), these results suggested that the CCND1 protein may be played important rolein the occurrence and the development of Uroepithelium cell carcinoma of bladder. The positive rate of CCND1 in muscle invasive bladder cancer were Significantly higher then normuscle invasive bladder cancer, suggested that CCND1 may be related connect invasive bladder cancer.
