Objective: To investigate the nutritional intakes status in pregnant women, Targeted dietary guidance for pregnant women to reduce themAternal and child complications, and ensure their health. For further research will provide a scientific basis for pregnant women to nutrition and health. Methods: 2000 han pregnant women in urumqi region were enrolled in this study. First, record the types and quantity of food taken by these pregnant women within 24 hours. Then, recording the data via nutritional analysis software to calculate the nutrition intake, and contrast with the daily dietary reference intake of nutrients(DRIs). Combined with pregnant women’s all kinds of food consumption rate and target rate, nutrients target rate and so on, comprehensive evaluation of nutritional status during pregnancy. Results: Pregnant women’s heat production ratio of three producing hot nutrient is reasonable in third trimester. Pregnant women of early and mid trimester heat production ratio slightly low in fat(19%), carbohydrates of heat production ratio(67%) slightly higher. All kinds of food intakes are unreasonable in different trimester, shrimp of consumption rate(11.54%, 11.85% and 10.33%) and target rate(4.64%, 5.54% and 4.23%) are lowest. The dietary structure of pregnant women surveyed is insufficient intake of calcium, magnesium, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, folic acid; phosphorus, sodium, copper intake excess; Iron, iodine, zinc, niacin, vitamin C, vitamin E intake enough. Educational level, occupation and incomemAy be influencing factors ofmAternalmAin nutrients intake(P < 0.01). Conclusion: The nutritional intake of pregnant women is unbalanced. Intensifying pregnant women’s education of nutrition and health, guiding reasonable diet, improving illicit eating habits.
