There were statistically significant(P<0.05) in the job stress, job stress and organizational support for the research workers of different titles, which were higher than those of senior and intermediate titles; 2) pay-Return: the results of this study found that the different gender of research workers in the pay of the score of men higher than women, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of different professional titles(P<0.05),which were higher than those of senior titles, senior titles were higher than those of senior professional titles, senior titles were higher than those of senior titles. There were significant differences in the scores of research workers in different marital status(P<0.05), which were higher than those of unmarried persons, and the difference of the research workers of different length of service were statistically significant(P<0.05),which was higher than that of<5 years; 3) health status: the results of this research are the main chronic diseases of chronic diseases, chronic diseases, diseases, hypertension, respiratory diseases, diseases of the scientific researchers, the main diseases affecting thehealth of scientific research workers. Different individual characteristics of various diseases of the disease in the comparison, the female suffering from chronic digestive system diseases and neck / waist disease than men(P < 0.05), male patients with hypertension than women(P < 0.05). The prevalence rate of hypertension in the Han nationality relative to theminority Nationalities(P < 0.05). The prevalence of chronic digestive system diseases, diseases of the neck and waist, and high blood pressure(P<0.05) were higher in married persons than unmarried persons. With the increase in length of service, the number of patients with chronic digestive system diseases, diseases of the neck and waist, and high blood pressure increased(P<0.05); 4) work ability: the results of this study found that the ability of scientific research staff to work in different gender, nationality, title, marital status was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). There is a significant difference in the working ability of scientific research workers of different length of service(P<0.05), with the increase of the length of service, the ability to work.5 occupational stress and work ability: the results show that the work of the table, in controlling the gender, age, marital status, professional title and other factors, the work stress index, job stress, job stress index, organizational support lack of index and the lack of organizational support and work ability index was negatively correlated(P < 0.05).That is, with the increase of the intensity of tension, the ability to work. Further indicated that occupational stress is a factor that affects the ability to work, with the increase of the degree of occupational stress, the ability of scientific research workers is significantly reduced. Conclusion:different gender, nationality, professional title, length of service, marital status of research workers in the occupational stress, pay-return. Sex, working age and marital status may be the influencing factors of chronic diseases in scientific research workers. With the increase of the length of service, the ability of scientific research workers will increase. The occupational stress and work ability of scientific research workers were negatively correlated, and with the increase of the degree of tension, the ability to work gradually decreased.
