Objective: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of the lower extremities(Qi and blood deficiency deficiency, collateral stasis syndrome)to observe its clinical effect and the effect on hypersensitivity C reactive protein(High-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)and serum homocysteine(Homocysteine,HCY),for diabetes caused by the lower extremities. The disease provides better treatment and improves the clinical efficacy. Methods: The whole case from Jilin Province Hospital, selected to meet the diagnostic criteria and included in the standard of DPN patients 72 cases, which do not meet the inclusion criteria in the observation to be excluded, after a rigorous screening of the final standard cases of 60 cases.and numbering, using prospective, randomized, controlled clinical trial methods, divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases. On the basis of treatment, the control group of 0.5mg,3 times daily oral, treatment group to the Chinese herbal decoction combined with warm acupuncture,4 weeks for 1 courses,3 treatments.and recorded the two groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points and the corresponding physical and chemical examination,to compare. All data are statistically analyzed using SPSS23.0 statistical software. Results: The TCM syndrome score,10 g nylon tactile touch, tuning fork vibration sense, visual analog score, sensory threshold, fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin,HCY,hs-CRP were changed in the treatment group, and the clinical symptoms, signs and signs of the patients were improved. There was no obvious change in fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin. After statistical analysis, the total effective rate was 86.66% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group.During the test, there was no abnormal safety index. Conclusion: 1 The effect of traditional Chinese medicine and warm acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of lower extremity(Qi and blood deficiency deficiency, collateral stasis syndrome)is significant. It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, improve the sense of touch and vibration, reduce blood sugar, alleviate the impairment of the sensory function of the lower limbs, and have no obvious adverse reaction. It can be used as a clinical treatment for Qi and blood loss.Optimal plan for diabetic peripheral neuropathy in diabetes mellitus with deficiency, collaterals and blood stasis syndrome 2 Traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can reduce the level of blood hs-CRP and HCY of the patients with DPN(Qi and blood deficiency deficiency and collateral stasis syndrome),suggesting that it can reduce the inflammatory response, protect vascular endothelial cells and prevent oxidative stress.
