Objective: To explore the related risk factors caused by diabetic lower extremitydeep venous thrombosis, provide a reference for clinical prevention and treatment decisionmaking. Methods: Select100patients who were diagnosis for diabetes and DVT in July2008to July2011at our hospital as the case group, then select102patients at the sameperiod in same hospital and clearly diagnosed with diabetes but no DVT, By survey onmedical record, the way to collect case study of related factors and related laboratoryexamination, and we made univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis for theobtained data. Results: The univariate analysis results show that age, hypertention, FPG,Tch, LDL, FIB are the diabetic lower extremity deep venous thrombosis risk factors.Multifactor non-conditional logistic regression analysis results showed that:age,FPG,LDL,FIB are the independent of diabetic lower extremity deep venous thrombosis risk factors. Conclusion: age, FPG, LDL, FIB are risk factors of diabetic lower extremity deep venousthrombosis, the early check and prevention may find and effective control diabetespatients varicose veins thrombosis.
