Study On Water-Soluble Constituents Of The Active Part With Hepatoprotective Effects From Artemisia Sacrorum Ledeb

Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. has been used as ethnic medicines for the treatment of hepatitis by koreans for a long time.In recent years, some people have been studying on the pharmacological activity of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. and have achieved some results.But there is no research on water-soluble chemical constituents of hepatoprotective effects of the active part of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb.Thus, this study is carried out on isolate and appraisal of water-soluble chemical constituents of hepatoprotective effects of the active part from Artemisia Sacrorum Ledeb.Water extraction of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb.was applied on CC over D-101 macroporous resin,eluted with distilled water,50% ethanol and 95%ethanol,different elutes were obtained.The supernatant of the 50%ethanol elute of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb.was extracted with dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,respectively and remaining part of water layer was applied on ODS column chromatography,different elutes were obtained.Dirferent elutes were operated by the ODS column chromatography until monomer compound was isolated. Five water-solubility compounds were isolated from Artemisia Sacrorum Ledeb. and their structures were elucidated by their physical and chemical properties and NMR techniques(such as 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, HMBC, HSQC, ate.).Their structures were identified as acetophenone-4-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ)、 6-methoxy-7-O-β-D-glucosecoumarin(Ⅱ) 、2-hydroxy-6-methoxy-acetophenone-4-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅲ)、tilianin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(VI)and rutin(Ⅶ).To the best of our knowledge,compounds Ⅰ、Ⅵ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
