Effect Of Shenxiong Yixin Decoction On Blood Lipid And Homocysteine Levels In Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect influenced by observation of Shenxiong Yixin Decoction on stable angina (Qi deficiency and blood stasis) patients with blood lipid and homocysteine, and quality of life indicators.Method:60 cases were diagnosed as coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris, TCM Syndrome Differentiation for Qi deficiency and blood stasis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases.The control group was treated with western medicine, the treatment group on the basis of Western standard treatment combined with Shenxiong Yixin decoction,Observation time was 4 weeks, two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment of angina symptoms, TCM symptoms, ECG and blood lipid, homocysteine, quality of life and other indicators of improvement, the observation time was 4 weeks. To observe improvement in two groups of patients before and after treatment the symptoms of angina pectoris, symptom of traditional Chinese medicine and electrocardiogram and blood lipid, homocysteine, quality of life index and the of curative effect evaluation and routine monitoring indicators of adverse reactions.Results:1.Angina pectoris; treatment group total effective rate was 90%; the control group total effective rate was 70%,The comparison between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).2.The electrocardiogram curative effect:the total effective rate of treatment group was 63.33%, control group total effective rate was 60%,The comparison between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3. Chinese medicine symptoms:the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%; the total effective rate of control group was 66.67%,Two groups of comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).4. Blood lipid changes:compared with before treatment, the two groups were improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the levels of TC and LDL-C in treatment group were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); TG and HDL-C levels were changed, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).5. Homocysteine changes:compared with before treatment, the treatment group and control group HCY levels were reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the level of HCY in treatment group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6.Improvement of quality of life:compared with before treatment, the treatment group and control group PL, AS, AF, TS, DP score and five points and have increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the treatment group PL, AS, AF, TS, DP score and five points and higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenqiong Yixin Decoction can improve patients with symptoms of angina pectoris, TCM symptoms and quality of life.2.Shenqiong Yixin Decoction can reduce serum TC, LDL-C and homocysteine levels.
