Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective To observe the clinical effect and the effect on blood lipid of Shen Qi Yi Qi Huo Xue Decoction on 50 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods 100 subjects were met the inclusion criteria and signed informed consent of patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each. Treatment group give Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the treatment,control group was given through Tongxinluo treatment, when necessary(angina attack violent) under the tongue with nitroglycerin. Observation of the clinical efficacy ECG and blood lipid changes after 3 weeks of treatment.Result In the treatment group,the total effective rate of TCM Syndrome was92%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01). The total effective rate of Curative effect of angina pectoris in treatment group was88%,which was significantly better than that in control group(P< 0.01). The total effective rate of ECG in the treatment group was 70%, better than 54% in the control group(P <0.05). The reduction rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was 86%, which was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Two groups in the treatment of TC, TG, LDL-C levels were decreased compared with those before treatment and had significant difference(P<0.05); the effect on TC in the treatment group is better than that in control group(P< 0.05), two groups of TG 、 LDL-C changed in close agreement(P> 0.05).There was no obvious abnormality in safety monitoring, and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion1.Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can tonifying Qi, promoting blood circulation,relieving pain and numbness,in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable type angina pectoris qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can significantly improve the TCM syndrome and the symptoms of angina pectoris, and more effective than through Tongxinluo capsule.2.Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can improve the ischemic change of ECG.3. Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can improve the blood lipid level.
