OBJECTIVE: This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of Yixin Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(deficiency of both Qi and Yin and heart and blood stasis),and sought certain clinical research data and evidence-based medical evidence.Method: Select outpatients and inpatients who were diagnosed with stable angina pectoris due to deficiency of both qi and yin and heart stasis syndrome from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020 in the Department of Geriatrics and Cardiovascular Diseases of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine The 72 cases were divided into two groups by random number table method,36 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the treatment group. The control group followed the latest version of the Stable Coronary Heart Disease Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines and received conventional Western medicine treatment plans. The treatment group received conventional Western medicine treatment. On the basis of treatment with "Yixin Zhitong Recipe" for a total of 4weeks,the clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes, individual TCM symptoms and total scores, changes in angina pectoris scores,ECG improvement, and nitroglycerin stoppage were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Evaluate the clinical treatment effect of Yixin Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with deficiency of both qi and yin and heart stasis syndrome, and analyze the statistical data.Results:1.Clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group is87.10%,the total effective rate of the control group is 70.97%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group, which is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Angina pectoris symptom score comparison: The angina pectoris symptom score of the two groups of patients after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the angina pectoris score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of changes in TCM syndrome scores: After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).4.Individual scores of TCM syndromes: After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Electrocardiogram improvement: The electrocardiogram of the two groups of patients improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the electrocardiogram improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of the reduction rate of nitroglycerin: After treatment, the consumption of nitroglycerin in the two groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the reduction rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).7.Safety indicators: No adverse reactions and side effects were found before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: Yixin Zhitong Decoction combined with western medicine is more effective than simple treatment of stable angina pectoris(deficiency of both qi and yin, heart and blood stasis)in improving TCM syndromes, angina symptoms, electrocardiogram, nitroglycerin arrest rate, blood lipids, etc.Conventional Western medicine treatment, and has a certain degree of safety.
