Clinical Observation Of Tongmai Yixin Prescription In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris Complicated With Insomnia Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect and safety of Tonggu Yi Xin Fang in the treatment of stable angina pectorals with insomnia in coronary heart disease,in order to explore the unique advantages of Chinese medicine in treating coronary heart disease combined with insomnia,and to provide reference for future studies.Methods:Eighty patients with stable angina pectoralis combined with insomnia in coronary artery disease were included and divided into two groups by randomized control method.The control group(n=40)was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group(n=40)was treated with Tongwen Yixin formula on the basis of the control group,and the duration of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups.SPSS26 was used to statistically analyze the data of angina pectoralis symptom score,Chinese medicine symptom score,nitroglycerin discontinuation rate and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score before and after treatment in both groups,and to determine the efficacy.Results:1.Angina pectoralis efficacy: after the course of treatment,the angina pe ctoralis symptom score decreased in both groups compared with the previous one(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better;the total efficacy rate of a ngina pectoralis in the treatment group was 89.74% significantly better than t hat of 76.92% in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was a significant diff erence in the comparison of angina pectoralis efficacy between groups(P < 0.05).2.Chinese medicine symptoms efficacy: After the treatment course,the Chinese medicine symptoms scores of both groups decreased compared with the previous ones(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better;the total Chinese medicine symptoms efficacy rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(74.36%)(P <0.05),and there was a significant difference between the Chinese medicine symptoms efficacy groups(P < 0.05).3.Nitroglycerin withdrawal rate: At the end of the treatment course,the a mount of nitroglycerin taken by patients in both groups was reduced(P < 0.05),and the nitroglycerin withdrawal rate in the treatment group was 87.18%,which was significantly better than 69.23% in the control group(P < 0.05),a nd there was a significant difference in the nitroglycerin withdrawal rate bet ween groups(P < 0.05).4.PSQI score: After the treatment course,the PSQI scores of patients in b oth groups were significantly lower(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was s ignificantly better than the control group,and the difference in PSQI scores b etween groups was significant(P < 0.05).5.Safety indexes: After the course of treatment,the vital signs of patients in both groups were stable,and there were no significant changes in safety i ndexes such as blood,urine routine and liver and kidney functions,and no ad verse reactions occurred in patients during the trial.Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of Tongwen Yixin Fang in the treatment of stable angina combined with insomnia in coronary heart disease is remarkable,and it can effectively improve patients’ angina attacks,reduce the dosage of nitro glycerin,reduce the TCM evidence score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,improve patients’ sleep quality,and improve TCM symptoms an d signs,which is worth further study and promotion.
