Objective:To investigate the analgesic efficacy of selective cyclooxygenase-2inhibitor in the ERAS of hepatocellular carcinoma patients after hepatectomy.Methods:90 hepatocellular carcinoma cases treated with hepatectomy were chosen from the First Hospital of Jilin University between April 2015 and December 2015.The group cases strictly follow the inclusion and exclusion criterion. The 90 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table: the experimental group of 50 cases and the control group of 40 cases. The patients of control group were Intramuscularly injected 40 mg of parecoxib sodium per 12 hours within72 hours after operation and those in the experimental group cases were injected Intramuscularly 2 milliliter of normal saline in the same time.Comparisons using statistical methods were made between the two groups with respect to the surgery information, time to postoperative first flatus, time to first leaving bed, length of postoperative hospital stay, postoperative hospital costs, frequency of postoperative volumes of the additional opioids in 72 hours after the operation, Visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of 3 days after the operation and postoperative adverse events and complications,et al.Results:In experimental group, the time to postoperative first flatus and first leaving bed were shorter, both postoperative hospital stay, cost and frequency of postoperative volumes of the additional opioids in 72 hours after the operation were reduced. the VAS scores of 3 days after the operation and postoperative adverse events and complications were reduced too compared with control group. The above aspects reached statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusions:The early postoperative application of selective cyclooxygenase-2inhibitor with hepatocellular carcinoma patients after hepatectomy is safe and effective, it could significantly relief pain of hepatocellular carcinoma patients after hepatectomy, accelerate the postoperative recovery of hepatocellular carcinoma patients, reduce the length of postoperative hospital stay, reduce the postoperative hospital costs and the postoperative opioid consumption, and provide a good choice to early analgesic management after operation.
