Objective: Set up add fluid volume model for traditional Chinese medicine medicinal automatic TCM decocting machine, can accurate calcuLation in the process of tisanes fluid volume;optimize the process parameters of natural gas tisanes mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth, so as to ensure the quality of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth. Methods: 1. The high frequency used for determination of 22 kinds of typical Chinese medicine yinpian bibu Lous rate;For the first time with Chinese medicine yinpian, bibu Lous rate is closely related to the species,medicinal part of medicinal materials, density, size, shape, moisture for clustering index,water absorption properties of traditional Chinese medicineyinpian clustering statistics analysis, the water absorption properties of similar Chinese medicine yinpian classified as a class, and according to the different clustering resuLts screening index and clustering number, to ensure the accuracy of charging quantity, accordingly to 22 kinds of typical Chinese medicine yinpian bibu Lous rate is estimated Chinese medicine yinpian bibu Lous rate;Measurement of different types of tisanes machine water evaporation, the quantity of liquid extrusion, correction function of extrusion parameters of different types of tisanes machine, use fluid volume average error within 5%;According to the above parameters,establish a mechanism of different types of tisanes medicinal broth of traditional Chinese medicine prepared with fluid volume mathematical model, and uses the traditional Chinese medicine compound mathematical model validation and fluid volume;2. Select flavored at large soup, siwu soup, small bupleurum soup, soup of fructus forsythiae soup and antiasthmatic five classical prescriptions, paeoniflorin, feruLic acid, baicalin,chlorogenic acid, and the comprehensive score of hesperidin content as evaluation index,tisanes mechanism was optimized by using single factor and orthogonal experiments for one key parameters in preparation of Chinese medicine, soaking time, decocting time and decocting times. Results: 1. Through the experimental Chinese medicine yinpianclustering water quality indexes for medicinal materials, shape, density, moisture content,number of clustering for 10 classes, traditional Chinese medicine yinpian into 10 categories, with 22 kinds of typical Chinese medicine yinpian bibu Lous rate estimation of each type of water absorption, every flavour Chinese medicine yinpian bibu Lous rate is obtained;Measured the moisture evaporation capacity of different types of tisanes machine is linearly related to the liquid.Extrusion function parameters of the measured electric tisanes machine was 40% in the prescription drugs, the total weight of gas tisanes machine extrusion function parameters of 45% total weight in the prescription drugs;Comprehensive the above parameters, establish a mathematical model for charging quantity: tisanes machining fluid amount = every flavour Chinese medicine yinpian bibu Lous rate x every flavour Chinese medicine yinpian dose + the quantity of liquid evaporation + prescription required- squeeze the total weight function parameter x prescription medicines, the required quantity of produced liquid extrusion function parameter x prescription medicines total weight.Using traditional Chinese medicine compound mathematical model validation and fluid volume, tisanes mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth actual volume of produced liquid and the required quantity of produced liquid between the error within 5%. 2. Through single factor and orthogonal experiments, the preliminary optimization of gas tisanes mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth process parameters to soak 30 min,decoction, decoction for 60 min. Conclusion: Through the preliminary tisanes mechanism for medicinal broth of traditional Chinese medicine with fluid volume mathematical model,can improve the accuracy of charging amount;Process parameters for traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth by optimizing tisanes mechanism, make the effective components in Chinese traditional medicine prescription can maximize dissolution, ensure the quality of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth.
