| Objective: To clarify the relationship between platelets and prognosis in patients with unstable angina in Xinjiang between Uygur and Han patients. Methods: We enrolled 227 patients with unstable angina in this study,92 of them Uygur,135 of them Han, and blood samples were collected at admission to the heart center of our hospital for routine hematologic tests. The basic information of the patients was collected, including ethnicã€genderã€smokingã€hypertensionã€diabetesã€TGã€HDLã€LDLã€PDWã€TC 〠PCT 〠PLT and MPV. The patients were followed up by phone to two years.Recurrent angina〠malignant arrhythmia〠acute myocardial infarction〠interventional therapy〠bypass therapy〠heart failureã€sudden cardiac death were defined as cardiac events. All of the patients were divided into four groups of poor prognosis of the Uygur group for group A(21) 〠poor prognosis of the Han group for group B(31) ã€good prognosis of the Uygur group for group C(71)〠good prognosis of the Han group for group D(104) according to ethnic and with or without cardiac events. And analyze the relationship between platelets and prognosis. Results: Univariate analysis showed statistical significance between group B and group D in PLTã€MPV(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis indicated that PLT(P=0.005, OR=1.682, 95%CI:1.173 ~ 2.413),MPV(P=0.024, OR=1.008, 95%CI=1.001~1.016) were the risk factors of the prognosis of Han patients with UA. |
