Purpose:Discussion Salvia TMP injection combined with conventional medicineefficacy in patients with unstable angina. Mainly from the improvement of themain symptoms of angina, ECG side note to improve its short-term effect of thetreatment of unstable angina.Material and method:December2012has been selected patients in our hospital60cases, male48cases, female12cases, through randomized into two groups, the two sets ofclinical data to be collected includes sex, age, history of hypertension, smoking and drinkinghistory, laboratory test results collected endothelin, liver and kidney function, blood lipids, and blood levels of nitric oxide. Both groups need to monitor blood pressure, ECG. Observedbetween the two groups before and after the application of Salvia incidence of angina TMPinjection combined with conventional western medicine, plasma endothelin (ET) indicatorsand the level of nitric oxide (NO), the use of statistical methods in variance.Results:1. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in age, gender2. Angina pectoris: test group, the total efficiency of90%in the control group, the total efficiency of73.3%, a significant statistical difference.3. Changes in plasma ET before and after treatment in the experimental group102.3±67.1,58.4±41.5; control group112.4±57.2,85.1±55.9.Conclusion:1. Salvia tetromethylpyrazine conventional medicine have a significant effect in thetreatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris.2. Significant improvement in the incidence of angina and reduce the level of ET treatmentgroup, the prognosis is good.3. Significantly reduced levels of nitric oxide in the blood.
