Analysis The Correlation Between The Expression Of CyclinD1 In Breast Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma And Clinical Indicators And Prognosis

Objective: Detect the expressions of cyclinD1 in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissue,analyze its relationships with the expressions of clinical immune indicators and prognosis. Methods: The expressions of cyclinD1 was detected in 226 cases of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissue specimens by immunohistochemical method, its expressions in different clinical indicators were analyzed by Pearson chi-square test,the influence of different expressions of cyclinD1 and endocrinotherapy on the prognosis were analyzed by the survival curve using the Kaplan-Meier test,the Cox proportional hazard model for multivariate survival analysis,we studied the expression of cyclinD1 and clinical pathological indicators such as lymph node metastasis, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, menstrual status and presence of endocrine therapy.Results: The expression of cyclinD1 had correlation with tumor size, lymph node metastasis,recurrence metastasis and ER, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05),and had no correlation with menstrual status, clinical stages, lymph node metastasis, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy and PR,Her-2(P>0.05); There was significant difference in disease-free survival time among different expression cyclinD1 and with or without endocrine therapy(P<0.05),when the expression of cyclinD1 is positive,there was significant difference in disease-free survival time and endocrine therapy(P<0.05). The Cox multivariate survival analysis show that:number of lymph node involvement, endocrine therapy and expression of cyclinD1 status to independent prognostic factors of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma(P < 0.05), the number of lymph node involvement is a risk factor(OR > 1), endocrine therapy and cyclinD1 is to protect the factors(OR < 1).Conclusion:The patients with positive expression of cyclinD1 had longer survival time,the prognosis is good,and it provided a reference basis for breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma to wheather had endocrine therapy. CyclinD1 expression can be used as prognosis indicator for breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma and sensitivity index to endocrine therapy.
