Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Danshen injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the perioperative period of A. Methods: 072014 to December 2015 in the heart center of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University CCU ward diagnosed with unstable angina, 60 cases of hospitalized patients, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases each, two groups were treated with unstable angina western standard treatment, the experimental group on the basis of the standard treatment in western medicine with tanshinone A sulfonic acid sodium intravenous injection, were observed before and after treatment for coronary stent implantation after three days of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), troponin T(TnT), four blood lipids(total cholesterol, three glycerol ester, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, high-sensitivity C) C-reactive protein; the group before and four weeks after the clinical symptoms score, the incidence rate of Seattle angina score and cardiovascular events. Results:(1) the two groups of relatively low density lipoprotein, ultra sensitive C reaction protein levels compared with before treatment were decreased, there was statistically significant difference, P < 0.05. The two groups after treatment of high sensitive C reactive protein group compared with statistically significant difference, P<0.05.(2) after 4 weeks of treatment, the experimentalgroup and the control group in Chinese medicine clinical symptom score, Seattle Angina score before treatment were significantly increased, with statistical significance, P < 0.05).The two groups before and after treatment the Seattle Angina score difference comparison test group was higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant, P<0.05;(3) 4 weeks treatment, two groups only mild bleeding events, compared no significant difference(P> 0.05); within four weeks of adverse cardiovascular event rates. Experimental group was 3.33%, 10.00% in the control group, no significant statistical difference, P>0.05. Conclusion: tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection can significantly improve the not stable angina pectoris peri operative patients with high sensitive C reactive protein, clinical symptoms score, the Seattle Angina score and does not increase the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and events of hemorrhage within 4 weeks and is effective and safe.
