Momordica charantia L. is commonly cultivated in tropic, now widely cultivated around the world. Momordica charantia L. had the biological activities including reducing blood sugar, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor and so on. In traditional Chinese medicine, Momordica charantia L. could be used to resist gastrointestinal problems, gynecological aid and fever. Flavone is an important bioactive component of Momordica charantia L. and can be worth utilizing as it has physiological activity and high health care and medicinal value.The article used local Bitter vine as material to extract Bitter vine of total flavonoids, optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in Bitter vine and optimize process parameters macroporous resin rattan enriched total flavonoids in Bitter vine, also inspected the contents of total flavonoids different growth stages and its antioxidant properties. The following is the main contents and results:① Optimized heat reflux extraction of total flavonoids bitter vine conditions,80-120 mesh particle size selection, extraction time 45min, extraction temperature 70 ℃, liquid ratio of 15:1. Extraction pH of 9,60% ethanol, refluxed for 2 times. Bitter gourd vine in the highest extraction rate.② Bitter vine conducted for purification of total flavonoids and identified conditions:Using three times the resin column AB-8 macroporous resin rattan enrichment bitter flavonoids and analytical solution of 70% ethanol, analytical solution at pH 9,3 times the amount of the resin column, the elution rate of 3BV·H-1. The results showed that total flavonoids after bitter vine AB-8 resin enriched flavonoid content increased about 40-fold, so bitter total flavonoid content of 35%, Description macroporous resin for total flavonoids enrichment bitter vine is feasible, and process safety, process is relatively simple.③ For different vine growing bitter melon extract total flavonoids anti-oxidative capacity study, tests showed that crude extracts of bitter gourd vine lard flavonoids have some antioxidant effect.Antioxidant effect of 0.1% flavonoids crude extract of the best. Crude extract of bitter melon vine flavonoids with VC and VE have significant synergistic antioxidant effect, stronger than any anther antioxidants.
