| The present study evaluated the serum indicators of hyperlipemia and diabetic rats with principal component analysis (PCA) and to explore the impact of single and compound components on hyperlipemia and diabetic rats.(1) MC saponins and TB flavones purified by AB-8 macroporous resins adsorption method and the contents in the extracts was 58.5% and 98.7%. The PP polysaccharides, which content was 48.29%, were obtained through hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation. Meanwhile thin layer chromatography (TLC) method was used to identify MC saponins and TB flavones. It confirmed that purified MC saponins had components which had close characters with ginsenoside Rgl and Rbl. In addition, there might be three other saponins in it. The chemical structures of purified MC saponins were analyzed by HPLC-MS, and compared with related information in the literature. There were two components at least that molecular weight was 634, and the extract also contains two saponins that the molecular weight of 472. The purified TB flavonoids composition analysis by TLC showed that the main component was rutin.(2)In this study, the effect of MC saponins combined with PP polysaccharide or TB flavones on glucose and lipid metabolism of hyperlipidemia rats was investigated by using test of significance and principal component analysis (PCA). The MC combined with PP group indicators were further analyzed by test of significance approach and The results demonstrated that some indicators of TC, FFA, CRE and LP were significantly changer than each components group, the ALT was lower than group of PP; By analyzing the MC combined with TB group showed that TC, CRE and FFA were significantly changer than each components group, the ADPN have better improve than TB group, the LP have better improve than MC group. PCA analysis showed that the combined effects of the active components to improve the insulin resistance, oxidative stress, visceral tissue injury in vivo. Meanwhile it was confirmed that the combined has more significant effects of hypolipidemic and prevention of type 2 diabetes.(3)With using test of significance and principal component analysis (PCA) to research the effect of MC saponins combined with PP polysaccharide or TB flavones on glucose and lipid metabolism of type 2 diabetes rats. The indicators of MC combined with PP group were analyzed by test of significance approach and The results showed that the CRE, ALT and ADPN had significantly changer than each components group, the TNF-α and FFA were reducer than group of MC; With evaluating the MC combined with TB group showed that ALT had significantly changer than each components group, the CRE was lower than MC group, the INS was significantly raising than TB group.PCA analysis showed that the effects of combined to improve the type 2 diabetes rats. The results showed that its improved type 2 diabetes was not only combination of active component, may also by the effect of synergistic and impacting the different targets and paths. |
