Objectives:First of all,to establish a method for the evaluation of the quality of Yupingfeng single and all herbs;Secondly,comparing the quality of the formula granules of the same medicinal herbs produced by different enterprises;thirdly,In Yupingfeng for the study,comparing the type and content difference of chemical composition of its traditional decoction, compound granule and formula granule,which provide some experimental basis for clinical application of Yupingfeng compound granules and formula granules.finally,compare to HPLC fingerPrinting to detect and identify YuPingfeng transitional rat serum components of different models rat.Methods:1.Based on the reference of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Literature, to establish a method for the evaluation of the quality of medicinal materials by means of exploring the conditions of TLC and HPLC.2.Through the comparison of the three aspects of thin layer chromatography, the content of index components and the characteristic spectrum, the quality of the formula granules of the same medicinal herbs produced by different enterprises was studied.3.First,the TLC was used for qualitative analysis of Yupingfeng traditionaldecoction, compound granules, formula granules and the demolition party;second,HPLC was used for quantitative comparison of the index component of Yupingfeng traditional decoction, compound granules, formula granules and the demolition party;lastly,Through the feature of fingerprint,comparing the difference of types and content of chemical composition and their similarity, With the withdrawal analytical method Yupingfeng prescription was compared from three aspects of thin layer chromatography, content determination and characteristic spectrum,in order to study the changes in chemical components in different prescriptions and major fingerprint attribution.4.the immune function model of rats was induced by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide(4mg/100 g,Once a day for 7 days);Then they were orally administrated with Yupingfeng`.After Preparation of drug-containing serum,we est-ablished the HPLC fingerprint of the YuPingfeng rat serum components,By comparision of the HPLC fingerprint diffrent model rats serum components,part o-f transitional blood components were identified.Results:1. the optimal conditions of TLC and HPLC identification of Yupingfeng were studied.2. There were great differences from TLC,the index component content and HPLC between different enterprises.In these particles formula produced by five enterprises,Radix Astragali(RA) particles formula by Guangdong are best,Radix Saposhnikoviae(RS) particles formula by Nanning are best,and Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephale(RAM) by Shenzhen are best.3. Compared with the traditional decoction, the number of peaks and into granules prepared by sample were declined and peak area of different chemical composition show different changes,the similarity is poor, and the similarity of the two granules ishigher; At the same time, the characteristic peaks of Yupingfeng are all from the single herbs.4. By detecting and comparing the serum samples of different model animal,we can find five kind of chemical components in Yupingfeng are absorbed into the blood by the prototype.Conclusion:1.Granules among enterprises with the uneven quality varieties,establish unifornquality standards is imperative.2.There is no absolute sense about their comparison, Unless the particularcompound, a particular effective substance is determined.3.Serum components may be the direct effect of the body in Yuping, and furtherchemical composition analysis is necessary.
