| Objective: To investigate the protective effect of nimodipine on cerebral injury in pediatric simple congenital heart operation during and after cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods: Forty pediatric patients aged from 1 year old to 10 years old, who are diagnosed simple congenital heart disease(ASD or VSD).The all patients were randomly divided into experimental group(NMD)and control group(UTI).The experimental group(NMD) nimodipine 40 ug/kg was given and the control group(UTI) was given 10000U/kg,which all added to the priming solution. The CK and CK-MB values were measured at three times intervals: after induction anesthesia(T1),after discontinuation of CPB(T2),4h(T3).The mean time of continuation of CPB(H1), the operation time(H2) and aortic cross clamping time(H3) were annaled and calculated.Result: 1. The CK and CK-MB values were no significance after induction anesthesia(P>0.05).Two groups of CK and CK-MB values were all increased at after discontinuation of CPB(T2) and 4h(T3) compared with after induction anesthesia(T1),which difference have statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with control group(UTI), the CK and CK-MB values at three times intervals have no statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Two groups′continuation of CPB time(H1), the operation time(H2) and aortic cross clamping time(H3) have no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Nimodipine can attenuated cerebral injury during pediatric simple congenital heart operation under cardiopulmonary bypass. |
