Efferct Of Abnormal Asvda Munziq On MDR Of K562/ADR Cell Line

Objective:To study the effect of Abnormal Savda Munzip(ASMq) on Multi-Drug Resistance(MDR) of K562/ADR cell line.Methods:Different concentrations of joint total flavonoids of different concentrations of ADR on the in vitro cutured K562/ADR cell lines.detemined by MTT method to detect K562/ADR and drug rdsistance reversal of survival.Several genes expression including ABCC-1、ABCB-1、BCL-2 were analyzed by real time PCR.Using Western Blot method analysis of flavonnoids on K562/ADR cell apoptosis related proteinsexpression :ABCC-1、ABCB-1、BCL-2.Results:ASMq has been found to down-regulater K562/ADR cell apoptosis related genes and proteins expression and restrain cell proliferation with dose-dependent.Conclusion:ASMq can renerse the drug resistance against K562/ADR cells,down-regulater apoptosis related genes and proteins expression:ABCC-1、ABCB-1、BCL-2 may contribute to the mechanies.
