Objective: To discuss the value of 3D-CPA and its quantitative parameters in the diagnosis of small breast cancer and different pathological grades of mass type breast cancer. Methods: Retrospective analysis confirmed by pathology and pathological grading of breast lesions, including 63 cases of mass type breast cancer and 58 cases of tumor which diameter less than 15 mm of nodules. Preoperative Three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound, used by GE Logiq E9 own VOCAL software to analysis the lesion,gain energy histogram: mean gray(MG), mean power(MP), ratio(R), vascularization flow index(VFI), then to drawing receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) of nodules in 58 cases,to obtain the parameters of sensitivity and specificity.And 63 cases of mass type breast cancer tumors of different pathological grade of MG, MP, R, VFI differences were analyzed. Results: MG in breast small cancer and breast benign small nodule have no statistically difference(P > 0.05), MP, R, VFI which have statistically difference between the two(P<0.05).The diagnosis sensitivity of small breast cancer of MP, R, VFI was 82.4%, 82.4% and 79.4%; the specificity respectively was 87.5%, 91.7%and 95.8%.In addition to MG in ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS) and IDCⅠshowed no statistically difference(P > 0.05).MG were statistically difference in the remaining pairwise(P<0.05). MP, R, VFI in DCIS, IDCⅠ, IDCⅡ, IDCⅢ four grades of pairwise have statisticallydifference(P < 0.05). Conclusion:3D-CPA and its quantitative parameters can help improve the accuracy of diagnosis of small breast cancer and preoperative prediction pathological grading.
