| Objective: Through(Visual Analogue Scale/Score, VAS) Scale, the surgery of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in 2002, the Chinese society professional committee of the mammary gland disease, the 8th meeting of the evaluation of the efficacy of reference standards and TCM symptom classifying quantization tables, guided by the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine massage traditional features as the core, combined with modern research hyperplasia of mammary gland disease of TCM symptoms before and after the treatment was observed and the degree of pain, swelling, changes. Further explore the etiology and pathogenesis of disease of mammary gland hyperplasia, evaluation using massage combined with drug for liver disease of mammary gland hyperplasia TanNing type of clinical curative effect, observe the massage combined with drug therapy of liver depression type TanNing hyperplasia of mammary gland disease symptoms improvement, for the application of the treatment to provide reliable clinical data. Methods: 70 cases with selection conforms to the diagnostic criteria of liver depression TanNing type of mammary gland hyperplasia patients as the research object, according to random number table method is divided into the treatment group and control group, each group of 35 cases, the treatment group USES the massage(oral breast capsule elimination) combined with drug therapy, massage therapy for 30 minutes each time, ten times for a period of treatment, four weeks to complete a course of treatment; Control group adopts pure(oral breast capsule elimination) treatment. Treatment for 8 weeks in a row, in each group before and after treatment in patients with two groups of various data of building database, using SPSS22.0 statistical analysis and processing. At the same time during the whole therapy whether any adverse reaction were observed. Results: In 70 cases of patients, fall off 4 cases, the treatment group in 33 cases, control group included in 33 cases. Categorical data in statistical processing of normal distribution with the t test, non-normal distribution with relevant samples nonparametric tests; Measurement data by chi-square test. 1. The two groups before and after treatment, breast lumps, pain symptoms and TCM syndrome integral comparison had statistical significance(P < 0.05). Total score after treatment in both groups, the treatment group was 22.10±5.7, 26.00±8.33 in the control group, the t test,(P < 0.05), illustrate the effect of treatment group is better than the control group. 2. Two groups of patients after total effective contrast: treatment group total effective rate was 93.94%, control group total effective rate was 87.88%, the level of information of rank and inspection, P < 0.05, there is significant difference, illustrate the effect of treatment group is better than the control group. 3. The two groups of patients after treatment, ultrasonic tip glandular structures have different degrees of improvement, efficient treatment group is higher than the control group(P < 0.05). 4. Patients before and after the treatment of liver and kidney function, blood, urine and stool routine test not seen obvious abnormity. 5. No adverse reactions occurred during the clinical curative effect observation. Conclusion: Massage combined with drug for liver disease of mammary gland hyperplasia TanNing type have significant curative effect, especially to improve the syndromes. Massage combined with drug treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia liver depression Tan Ning have certain basic theory of TCM and the clinical curative effect. In the clinical application of drug side effects and adverse reactions, safe and reliable, and is worth further clinical research and extension. |
