Every Medicine Cake Moxibustion For Liver Tanning Mammary Gland Hyperplasia Of Clinical Research

Purpose Observe every medicine cake moxibustion for liver Tan Ning mammary gland hyperplasia of clinical curative effect.Methods The random number table method is adopted to 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely,treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Treatment group using medicine cake moxibustion therapy,the control group using conventional acupuncture treatment,after 2 courses of treatment,to observe the two groups before and after treatment the main symptoms and accompanying symptoms integral,calculating the period,make curative effect evaluation.Results(1)After the treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 90%,the control group was 83%.In the two groups after treatment curative effect more significant difference(P < 0.05),the results showed that the treatment group is better than the control group.(2)The two groups after treatment of breast pain,lumps,hardness lump the size and scope than before treatment with significant difference(P < 0.01);Bosom is frowsty,a bulge,the two groups after treating abnormal menstruation,good depression irritability,insomnia,much dream,upset mouth bitter than before treatment with significant difference(P < 0.01).The two groups after treatment estradiol with before treatment with significant difference(P < 0.01).Results show that the treatment group and control group can obviously improve the main symptoms of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands and the accompanying symptoms,reduce the levels of estrogen.(3)After treatment,the treatment group in improving the breast pain,lumps,chest stuffy hardness bulge,menstrual abnormalities,good depression irritability compared with the control group with significant difference(P < 0.05).One in improving the mass range,size,insomnia,much dream,upset,bitter and lower estradiol on between treatment and control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion This topic the research results show that: for liver depression type Tan Ning mammary gland ill hyperplasia,every medicine cake moxibustion with conventional acupuncture can relieve the clinical symptoms,but every other cake moxibustion medicine overall curative effect is superior to conventional acupuncture,especially in improving the breast pain,lumps hardness and chest stuffy bulge,menstrual abnormalities,good depression irritability is more apparent,every medicine cake moxibustion treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia safe and comfortable,reliable curative effect,worth clinical application.
