Objective To explore the dynamic changes and significance of interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinasel (IRAK1), tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6) and AU-rich element RNA-binding factor 1(AUF1) expressionin Bama miniature pig withcoronary microembolization.Methods A total of 30 Bama miniature pigs were randomly assigned into sham group (n=5) and CME group (n=25). CME group was induced by injection of microspheres selectively into left anterior descending artery through micro catheter. For sham group, the same dose of normal saline was substituted for microspheres. At 3h,6h,9h,12h and 24h after modeling, CME group was equally divided into 5subgroups for observation. The sham group was detected at 6htime pointafter modeling. The changes of myocardial pathological lesions in each group were observed using optical microscope, and the expressions of myocardial IRAK1,TRAF6 and AUF1 mRNA were measured in each groupby qRT-PCR.Results In CME group, the microspheres and micro-infarction around were found which are absent in sham group. Compared with the sham group, the expressions of IRAK1, TRAF6and AUF1 mRNA were significantly increased in CME group at 6h after modeling (P<0.05). In CME group, the expressions of IRAKI,TRAF6 and AUF1 mRNA increased at 3h and 6h after modeling, reached the maximum level at 9h after modeling, then decreased at 12h and 24h after modeling. In CME group, the expressions of IRAK1,TRAF6 and AUF1 mRNA at 9h significantly increased compared with the expression levels at 3h and 24h after modeling (P<0.05). The expressions of IRAK1,TRAF6 and AUF1 mRNAwere similar at 3h and 24h after modeling(P>0.05).Conclusion The expressions of IRAK1,TRAF6and AUF1 are enhanced in the myocardium after CME, with dynamic changed as time changing.
