Clinical Observation Of Small Incision Double Eyelid Surgery Effect

Objective:To investigate the small incision of double eyelid surgery clinical efficacy.Methods:From May 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital outpatient department, applying the three 3mm small incision at inner canthus, above the eye pupil, and the outer canthus. We snipped the orbicular muscle of the eye front of the tarsal plate and some of the fascia, orbital septum fat, then use 6-0 or 5-0 PDS to sew up the small incision with the tissue front of tarsal plate.Results:32 patients (64 eyes) accepted this small incision double eyelid surgery, they all subsidence the swelling in 7-15 days, the double eyelid shape is smooth and natural, removed the stitches for 7 days, had no serious complications, and all received satisfactory of the result.Conclusion:The method is simple, less invasive, quick recovery, good surgical results.
