Clinical Study On The Surgical Procedure Of High Suspending And Low Incision Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Ligation Surgery For Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:In order to discuss the mechanism and clinical curative effect of High Suspending and Low Incision treatment method for mixed hemorrhoids can decrease healing time, alleviate postoperative complications,protect anal function,at the same time ensure clinical efficacy.Methods:A total of 60 hospitalized patients diagnosed with Ⅱ、Ⅲ degree internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids from September 2015 to December 2015 of Xiyuan hospital,were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly through random numbers table by SPSS20.0.The observation group took High Suspending and Low Incision treatment and the control group adopted Milligan Morgan.Following up 4 months,And all patients were followed up to wound healing.symptoms, signs and patient satisfaction of Preoperative and postoperative were recorded.Besides,the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded in detail as well.All the data were statistically analyzed.Result:1.There are 29 patients in observation group,Among them the oldest 78 years old and the yongest is 24 years old,and the mean age is 46.72 years old.In control group there are 27 patients.The oldest is 71 years old and the youngest is 23 years old.The mean age is 40.6 years old.The minimum disease course of observation group was 0.3 months,the longest was 480 months,and the average was 67.71 months.The minimum disease course of observation group was 1.0 month,the longest was 242 months,the average was 71.49 months.The observation group had 11 male patients,18 female patients, the control group of had 8 male patients,19 female patients.There is no significant difference in age、disease course、male and female compositionn mixed hemorrhoids degree of the parts of internal hemorrhoids, internal and external hemorrhoids point number、 preoperative symptoms、whether combined with constipation history or not(P<0.05).2.The observation group had significant difference in reducing the resection points of external hemorrhoids than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had significant difference in shorten the time of wound healing(P<0.05).In addition, the observation group significantly shorten the pain duration of postoperation defecation than control group(P<0.05).the satisfaction score of observation group had significant statistical difference than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Surgical Procedure of High Suspending and Low Incision treatment method for mixed hemorrhoids can cut down the wound area、decrease the pain duration of postoperative defecation and shorten the healing time of wound.So the procedure of High Suspending and Low Incision treatment method can shorten the recovery time,reduce postoperative pain and improve quality of life after surgery.
