The Clinical Study Of Wet Applyaction Of Kangfuxinye Combined With Red Light Irradiation To Promote The Wound Healing Of Perianal Abscess

Objective:to study Kangfuxin liquid combined with red light irradiation to promote perianal abscess of postoperative wound healing clinical curative effect, in guarantee under the premise of high curative effect and no adverse reactions to looking for a simple, safe and effective treatment method for promoting postoperative perianal abscess wound healing.Method:select into standard perianal abscess patients,60 cases were divided into Kangfuxin liquid combined with red light irradiation treatment group (treatment group),30 cases, conventional treatment group (control group),30 cases. Record according to the research plan, according to the observation index, respectively in the two groups patients within 14 days after surgery, and were followed up for 3 months, the comprehensive efficacy was observed. All the results are quantitative record. After using statistical processing, observed in general curative effect, the wound is dry, healing time, postoperative complications and wound repair, etc.Results:on the total efficacy, two groups of wound healed completely, the cure rate was 100% in both groups, two groups have no statistical significant. In the two groups in terms of drying time, the healing time of the wound has a statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), the treatment group was shorter.7 days,14 days after surgery, the pain score of treatment was significantly lower than the control group, two groups had significant difference (P< 0.05); compared with the contral group,7 days,14 days after surgery, the treatment group of patients obviously secretion less than control group, two groups had significant difference (P< 0.05); 7 days,14 days after surgery, the treatment group of patients with granulation growth situation is better than the control group, two groups had significant difference (P< 0.05); when 3、7 days after surgery area size, the depth of the wound, wound healing rate, two groups have no significant difference,14 days after surgery, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, after statistics analysis, the two groups had significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid combined with red light irradiation used in perianal abscess of postoperative wound repair, in terms of overall curative effect with Shengjisan treatment method that traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the method in reducing patient pain, reduce wound secretion, shorten the healing time, promote granulation growth has significant advantages, it is safety without side effects, has a certain clinical value.
