Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy about how Sanhuang decoction can improve the breast cancer patients’ inflammatory response after perioperative, explore the relationship between how can Sanhuang decoction promote the postoperative recovery and reduce tumor recurrence and metastasis correlation.Methods:30 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group, and each group contained 15 cases. In the treatment group the patients took oral administration of Sanhuang decoction for day 7 days after the operation and at the same time the patients were given basic treatment, while control group was only took basic treatment. Both group had the same balanced perioperative treatment. Respectively, in the day of surgery, postoperative day 1, day 3, day 7 evaluating the corresponding period of the tradition Chinese clinical symptoms, the symptoms of local inflammation, systemic inflammation symptoms, at the same time monitoring the daily amount of axillary wound fluid and determining the level of inflammatory cytokines about stress response (IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-a, CRP, TAOC) in both blood and drainage.Results:1. The treatment group has a significant improvement in TCM Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome,7 days after the operation symptom scores were significantly different compared with the control group (p<0.05).2. The treatment group on local inflammation symptoms improved, the 7 days after symptom score was significantly lower than the control group (p<0.05).3. The treatment group and control group had no significant effect on systemic inflammatory symptoms, breast cancer perioperative systemic inflammatory symptoms were significantly (p<0.05) was observed.4. The treatment group have a decrease in serum levels of inflammatory factors have significant effect seven days after the levels of inflammatory cytokines (IL-2R, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-a, CRP) was significantly lower than in the control group.7 days after the treatment group total antioxidant capacity (TAOC) was significantly higher. Differences exist between the two was statistically significant (p<0.05).5. The treatment group can obviously lead to a decline in levels of inflammatory factors drainage, treatment group after seven days of inflammatory cytokines (IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-a, CRP) was significantly lower than the control group.7 days after the treatment group total antioxidant capacity (TAOC) was significantly higher. Differences exist between the two was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang decoction can effectively reduce serum and the drainage fluid levels of. inflammatory factors in breast cancer patients after surgery, also can improve the symptoms of Qi deficiency and Blood stasis and local inflammatory reaction immediately. Conducive to postoperative recovery and reduce the risk of future recurrence and metastasis.
