Objective:To research the effect of invigorating the kidney and removing dampness and regulating menstruation cycles method combined with diet, lifestyle improvements study on irregular menstrual patients with facial acne.To observe patients in clinical symptoms, TCM Syndrome, B ultrasonic examination, related serum index and the improvement of diet, lifestyle, and to evaluate its security, effectiveness, to provide the basis for further clinical promotion and application.Methods:Choice 330 cases of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type combine with damp-heat irregular menstrual patients with acnein nanjing university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of jiangsu province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient service from January 2015 to January 2016. Divided this patients into Treatment group (lifestyle improvements) and Control group (TCM combined with lifestyle improvements),through the observation of before and after treatment improvement of menstruation, acne and related serum index, diet, lifestyle, etc. To find out the suitable Objective standard for TCM clinical syndrome observation and evaluating clinical efficacy evaluation. To explore treatment mechanism from symptoms、 related indicators and the quality of patient’s life. To provide new research methods for the modern research of TCM.Results:Both of Treatment and Control groups have easedirregular menstruation symptom after treatment (P<0.05). Both of them relieved facial acne(P<0.05).T-level decreased in both groups (P<0.05). Control group hadsignificant in DHEAS value (P>0.05) while Treatment group had no significant difference (P<0.05). Both of Treatment of Control group have relieved irregular menstruation and facial acne symptom (P<0.05). the best effect for invigorating the kidney and removing dampness combine with dietary lifestyle intervention between two groups were significant(P<0.05). Both groups improved significantly syndrome, Control group’s total effective rate was 100% while the control group was 86.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Most of Chinese medicine treatments of irregular menstruation with facial acne are based on the cause of ’kidney Yin deficiency and damp-heat’. According to the theory, my supervisor adjust recipe for patients’ in differentmenstrual cycle with the method of invigorating the kidney and removing dampness and regulating menstruation cycles. Observed differences in clinical efficacy by combining TCM with dietary lifestyle intervention associated with facial acne, irregular menstruation, and related clinical symptoms and serum indicators to improve the situation to demonstrate healthy diet and lifestyle is another effective method to treat the irregular menstrual patients with acne, and to provide a new research thought for TCM modern research. |
