Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hyperprolactinemia By Invigorating Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the method of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation cycles on HPRL,and to explore its mechanism of action,so as to provide theoretical basis and treatment for clinical treatment of HPRL.Methods:Select 46 patients who meet the inclusion of Liver depression and kidney deficiency HPRL as the research object,treated by Invigorating the Kidney and Regulating Menstruation cycles for 3 months.Observe the change of TCM symptoms(menstrual cycle,less menstrual,galactorrhea,breast pain,emotional irritability or good sigh,by the line of abdominal pain,chest pain,dizziness and tinnitus,Yaoxisuanruan,dry mouth and throat,five upset hot,frequent urination at night,hyposexuality,tongue and pulse)before and after treatment.;Changes of serum sex hormones including prolactin(PRL),serum testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and estradiol(E2)were observed before and after treatment;Changes in basal body temperature(BBT)were also compared.Results:①The total effective rate was 89.13%,among 5 cases were cured,accounting for 10.87%,markedly effective in 11 cases,accounting for 23.91%cases,effective in 25 cases,accounting for 54.35%,invalid in 5 cases,accounting for 10.87%.②The change of TCM symptoms was a significant difference of before and after treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the improvement of menstrual cycle and the amount of menstruation before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the amount of menstruation was also significantly improved(0.01<P<0.05),It also has significant curative effect in control aspects of galactorrhea(P<0.01).Secondly,breast pain,depression or irritability,five upset hot,Yaoxisuanruan,flank pain,dizziness and tinnitus,dry mouth and dry pharynx,tongue and pulse condition improved significantly after treatment(P<0.01).dysmenorrheal,frequent urination at night,hyposexuality improvement also has the difference(0.01<P<0.05).③After treatment,the serum PRL decreased significantly(P<0.01),serum E2 was also significantly increased P<0.01).While the changes of LH,FSH and T before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).④There was a significant difference in basal body temperature before and after treatment(P<0.01).⑤3 months after the discontinuation of the drug,there was no abnormal increase in PRL in 5 patients who had been treated.⑥Mild adverse events occurred in only 4 patients during the treatment period,and the safety of the drug was high.Conclusion:The method of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation cycles can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of HPRL patients,reduce PRL,improve E2,improve the BBT,Low recurrence rate,high safety,so it has important clinical value and is worthy of promotion.
